WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU PURCHASE?
Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number included.
You will receive an email from pocagraphix@gmail.com requesting information about your design. You must submit all required information within 24 hours to prevent prolonged turnaround time. 
 
TURNAROUND TIME
When your order is submitted and all required materials are sent, your project will begin. You will receive THREE design proofs for you to review and revise if necessary. 
 
You have 2 days to select your proof and submit edit request. You are able to make up to three changes. These changes include placement, color, and font. After the allotted amount of changes is reached, an additional edit fee is added. 
 
Please be as detailed in your design brief to receive your ideal design and prevent additional costs. Revisions EXTEND MAY TURNAROUND TIME!

PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR IDEAS IN DETAIL SO THE DESIGNER CAN DELIVER YOUR VISION. MINIMAL/VAGUE DETAILS WILL RESULT IN THE USE OF OUR OWN PROFESSIONAL CREATIVE PREFERENCE.
